Human Resource Management
Applications are invited for a tenure-stream position at the rank of Assistant Professor. Applicants must have a PhD in Human Resource Management or a related area, completed or near completion (with an expected defence by July 1, 2012), and evidence or promise of excellence in teaching and scholarly research. Preference will be given to those with a specialization in Strategic HRM and/or Labour and Employment Law. The successful applicant will teach a range of undergraduate courses, and contribute to the graduate programs, including teaching and/or student supervision. The successful candidate must be suitable for prompt appointment to the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
Salaries will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The start date is July 1, 2012. All York University positions are subject to budgetary approval.
