Real Estate and Infrastructure
Contractually Limited Appointment

The Schulich School of Business, York University has an opening for a three-year Contractually Limited Appointment (CLA) in real estate and infrastructure commencing July 1, 2015. The appointment is within the Program in Real Estate and Infrastructure in the Schulich MBA.

We seek an individual with a proven track record of developing the graduate infrastructure curriculum, excellent teaching and undertaking research in this sector. The candidate should also possess an understanding of the real estate industry and its relationship to infrastructure and be capable of contributing to the overall advancement of the Program in Real Estate and Infrastructure. Preference will be given to those applicants who are familiar with the infrastructure industry in Canada and can also approach the topic from a global perspective. The candidate will be expected to strengthen ties between the Program and the infrastructure industry and counsel graduates on career opportunities. Applicants must have the capacity to design and deliver courses at a world class level in infrastructure and collaborate in enriching the experience of graduate students in the Program. The candidate will be expected to participate in the launch of a new one-year master's program that the Schulich School plans to offer in 2016. The successful applicant will have a graduate degree and either a PhD in a related field to real estate or equivalent qualifications and work experience related to infrastructure.
