CONTRACTUALLY LIMITED APPOINTMENT
MANAGEMENT
The Schulich School of Business, York University has an opening for a three-year Contractually Limited Appointment (CLA) in Management commencing July 1, 2015.
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of outstanding teaching at the Masters level and evidence of the development of innovative pedagogy for management as well as strong interpersonal and team building skills. Applicants must demonstrate their ability to design and teach a world class course in leadership, including critical and strategic thinking, ethics and sustainability. Applicants must have the ability to collaborate in enriching the experience of graduate management students across their program and in a variety of management programs. Experience with organizing an immersive orientation event (at the start of the program) would be an asset. Beyond the ability to innovate a curriculum, knowledge of eLearning and experiential learning, as well as the ability to motivate, to interact with and to support faculty with regards to eLearning and experiential learning are necessary. The successful applicant will have a PhD in organizational behavior or management, or related field.
