One of the positions is a Research Enhanced Faculty position in the field of computer vision and robotic systems, partially funded by the Canada First Research Excellence Fund (CFREF) Vision: Science to Application (VISTA) program http://vista.info.yorku.ca/. You will receive enhanced start-up funding, additional annual research funds, a reduced undergraduate teaching load, and competitive access to general VISTA research and training funds.

• demonstrate excellence, or promise of excellence, in teaching and scholarly research;
• teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels of our EE program;

• supervise graduate students;
• be eligible to join our Faculty of Graduate Studies;
• participate in new or existing partnerships with industry and/or other public institutions; a
• demonstrate leadership or potential for leadership, and;
• be licensed or successfully seek licensure as a Professional Engineer soon after joining us.
