Organization Studies (ORGS) - Organizational Theory

The Schulich School of Business is seeking an outstanding scholar and educator in Organizational Behaviour for a faculty position at the rank of Associate or Full Professor, effective July 1, 2018.

Applicants should have a research focus in Organizational Theory. The successful candidate will have a PhD in Management, Business Administration or a related field; have an outstanding and ongoing program of academic research and publishing in top‐tier journals in organizational theory; evidence of outstanding teaching within a business school, preferably including the graduate level; a willingness and an ability to contribute to the doctoral program and help build the area; have held a full-time academic position, with previous experience in advising and supervising doctoral students; and clear evidence of active involvement in the field. The successful candidate must be eligible for prompt appointment to the Faculty of Graduate Studies. Pedagogical innovation in high priority areas such as experiential education and technology enhanced learning is an asset.
