Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Position Start Date: November 28, 2012   Position End Date: November 22, 2013
This position is to support YUELI's revenue-generating operations by providing a welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact to provide information on YUELI services, to register students in a timely and efficient way, and to provide information in response to inquiries.
High school graduation with secretarial training is required.
2 years of experience in front desk/reception and registration position or other customer service oriented environment that involves use of access database, preferably in an academic environment.
Required: Intermediate skills in Word, Access and Excel; use of internet, keyboarding 40-45 wpm; accuracy in data entry; proven oral and written communication skills; strong organizational skills; good cross-cultural communication skills; demonstrated ability to deal courteously and effectively with the public; ability to multi-task. Asset: fluency in another language such as Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Arabic, Turkish, Russian, Farsi or Japanese; experience working with procedures/processes within an academic environment.
